A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We are working to backfill any missing contact info now.

We are aware of an issue that prevents us from creating new contacts from syncing on our end. We have identified root cause, and are working on a fix. The current ETA is end of day.

Existing synced contacts are available in the system.
