The issue has been identified. One of Mango Voice's voice providers is experiencing an issue on their network. We are working with them to get service restored as fast as possible. Inbound calls to some customer numbers may be unable to be routed at this time.

This incident affected: US West Phone System (West 1 Voice System, West 2 Voice System) and US East Phone System (East 1 Voice System, East 2 Voice System, East 3 Voice System, East 4 Voice System).
